Frequently asked questions

Do I have to subscribe?

No. You get 25,000 credits free every month with no card. When those run out you can simply top up with prepaid credits, or add an optional monthly plan for more included credits. Either way you pay in advance, so no invoice arrives afterwards.

What exactly is a credit?

A credit represents about $0.0001 of raw AI compute. A typical chat answer uses a handful; a full deck, research run or video uses more. A live usage meter shows your balance.

What happens when I run out of credits?

AI actions pause until your next monthly refresh — we never silently charge you. Everything you made stays accessible. Buy a prepaid pack or upgrade if you need more before then.

Do credit top-ups expire?

No. Prepaid credits stay on your account while it is active, and they are spent only after your monthly allowance runs out.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly plans are billed once a year at a discount (about two months free), but your credit allowance still refreshes monthly on your billing anniversary.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes — all payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I cancel or switch plans?

Anytime. Plan changes and cancellation happen through the Stripe customer portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
