Count days until (or since) a date.
Free to use, no sign-up required. Days Until is one of 198 tools built into Xenition, alongside a chat that can use them for you.
Counts how many days are left until a date, or how many have passed since one. People use it for birthdays, holidays, deadlines and anniversaries.
Both today and the chosen date are set to midnight in your local time zone, the gap is divided by 86,400,000 milliseconds per day, and the result is rounded so a daylight-saving hour does not change the count. Today itself counts as 0. Weeks are days ÷ 7 to one decimal place.
From 27 September 2026 to 25 December 2026 is 89 days, or 12.7 weeks.
It counts midnight to midnight, so it includes neither end as a full day: tomorrow is 1 day away. If you want to count both days inclusively, add 1.
The count is based on calendar dates in your device’s time zone, so it ticks down by one when your local date changes.
You do not have to open Days Until to use it. Ask Xenition in plain language and it runs the right tool, then carries the answer into whatever you are working on — a document, a spreadsheet, a deck.
